Ball Walls

Precheck construction of Ball Walls pre-approved for safety of structural design and fire and life safety, for use on school grounds, by the state of California- Department of general Services- Division of the state architect under PC-A#03-106616, in conjunction with Title 24, California code of regulations. Sets of signed prints and building specifications are on file with the division of the state architect at their area offices in Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego and Oakland, California. Support Posts- 4" square steel-tube, 3/8" thickness, extends 4' into 6' concrete footings. Internal Frame- Horizontal steel studs 2" x 4" "C" channel, spaced 16" horizontally. Weatherproof Panel Sheets- 1/2" M.D.O. plywood is permanently bonded with overlay of phenol-type resin impregnated fiber. This superior plywood forms a smooth playing surface on both sides of the wall. Frame Capped- with galvanized sheet metal, sides and top, preventing moisture from penetrating the wood. Assembly- All parts are factory pre-cut. installation instructions included to simplify assembly. Steel reinforcements for footings not included. Painting not included. It is recommended that the owner apply one primer coat and two coats of outdoor enamel after the ball wall is installed. An appropriate fee is charged for calculations to be submitted to a regulatory agency for approval. Custom sizes available in 8' or 12' high by 8' multiple lengths.

Geo Climbers

This lightweight climber is easy to install. Each piece is color coded and bolts together easily.
Our button-hub was designed for safety and strength. It has no sharp edges, is smooth and completely eliminates the possibility of entrapment of little arms and legs. ASTM Designation F-1487-9.2.1 The use zone for stationary play equipment shall not extend less than 72 in. (1830mm) from the perimeter of the play structure.

Decline Ladder and Climber

This event builds upper arm strength. Available in swinging ring or fixed bar models. Declines from a height of 8' to 7'. 9 or 13 hand loops, 2-7/8" OD uprights and header, with 1-3/8" OD ladder start step on IL models. Approx. 8' H x 11' L x 2'-6" W with powder coat finish.

Horizontal Ladder

Fun and body building exercise. heavy duty galvanized pipe. All rungs are 20" wide, welded 12" on centers. All models have two step rungs on the end ladders except Model 716 which has three. Models with PC have powder coated finish.

Funball

Funball is a unique way for children to develop hand-to-eye coordination while having fun.
One piece roto-molded "Top Basket" with colorful molded-in colors and number graphics. 3 funnel openings with 12" OD exit holes accomodate most playground balls. Top basket can be set at 9' or lower on the 2-7/8" OD galvanized post.

Tetherball

Our model TBPCB is a complete outfit: Post, red foul marker, cap chain, swivel snap, ball and rope. Post allows 10' from footing to rugged 3/8" eye bolt. Installation in concrete or optional sleeve. Galvanized steel proof coil chain is 38" long and fastened to the eye bolt with heavy duty "S" hook. Heavy duty quick-snap allows for easy removal of ball. Complete unit or replacement parts available as per table.

Spring Riders

The airplane and motorcycle are made of a durable roto-molded polyethylene with weather resistant decals. They come in bright blue, green, red and yellow fade resistant color. Each rider comes with a steel spring encased in a rubber boot that prevents pinching and provides a smooth ride. Decals are applied with heat and are difficult to remove.

Traditional Slides

Surface is 16 guage stainless steel type 304 with 2b finish w/ a 19-1/2" wide sliding surface. The side rails are fabricated from 4-1/2" x 1-1/2" 14 guage welded seam tubing with ends capped, hot dipped galvanized after fabrication. The sliding surface is attached to the side rails with welds and steel blind pop rivets every four inches. The exit region is sandwiched between the structural tube and a 3/16" thick x 3" wide x 23" long galvanized steel strip on the underside of the chute.

It is required that an acceptable impact absorbing surface pursuant to CPSC guidelines and ASTM standards be used under and around all playground equipment.

Every swing comes with our 624-VB Seat, which has a vandal-proof stainless steel insert and heavy duty rivets. All chains are hot dipped proof coil. Specify galvanized or powder coat on order. Colors include blue, yellow, white and green.
