Our cone tapered ground set aluminum flagpoles are precision fabricated from new, 6063-T6 tubing utilizing the industry's most sophisticated, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. The conical portion tapers approximately 1" in every 5'-6". Poles with overall lengths of less than 38'-6" are shipped in one piece. Longer lengths are shipped in sections and will be factory fitted with a self aligning sleeve which requires no field welding. Upon proper assembly a hair-line joint will occur. All poles are double spiral wrapped with protective paper and shipped in a hard fiber tube. Ships from factory 53154. Flags sold separately

DELUXE IH SERIES- Internal Halyard Ground Set Cone Tapered Aluminum Flagpoles

These deluxe internal halyard flagpoles contain a winch mounted inside the flagpole shaft, operable only with a removable crank handle. As the stainless steel cable unwinds from the winch it passes through the inside of the flagpole shaft, over the truck sheave to the outside of the shaft, where the retaining ring provides a sliding anchor. A counterweight, heavily coated with neoprene, attached to the retaining ring, allows the halyard to be lowered for fastening or removing the flag. The halyard is then raised completely out of the reach of vandals. The improved winch is gearless and self-locking at any point, eliminating the need for a separate brake. This direct drive winch provides rapid raising or lowering of the flag with little effort. This new, improved design does not require any welding . No monthly lubrication is needed. All flagpole shafts are highly polished with fine grain aluminum oxide cloth resulting in a high quality, deep satin lustre finish. The elegant soft sheen remains maintenance free. In addition to the Satin, the following Anodized Finishes are available: Clear, Light Bronze, Medium Bronze, Dark Bronze and Black. These Optional Finishes are at additional cost. FLAGS

Recognized as America's first choice in U.S. Flags. Expertly crafted using heavy weight bunting made of 100% nylon or polyester with vertical stiching and reinforced corners. These flags offer lusterous beauty, superior wear plus excellent flyability even in the slightest breeze. Beautifully embroidered snow-white stars are standard on all flags through sizes 8' x 12'. All seams are double and vertically stitched and fly ends have either 2, 4 or 6 rows of double stitching for added durability. Reinforced corners are found on all flags and are finished with heavy-duty, no-shrink white header material for the strongest headers in the industry. Flags through sizes 6' x 10' feature strong, durable solid brass grommets. Flags 8' x 12' and larger are finished with super-strong nylon rope sewn into the header with galvanized metal thimbles securely attached. Nylon flags 8' x 12' and larger with printed fields have chrome plated metal D-Rings sewn into the header. Outdoor nylon state flags, custom corporate flags and religious flags are also available. Halyard Covers

This 1-3/4" wide by 1" deep aluminum channel is designed to be used with the cleat cover box (as shown) by providing additional protection 5' or 10' above the cleat cover box. Satin finish supplied unless stated.

Shoe Base Mount

Flagpoles can be adapted for shoe base mounting. Our shoe base is cast from A-356 aluminum alloy and is heat-treated to a T-6 condition. Base is joined to pole with a continuous circumferential weld at outside top and inside bottom of shoe base. Anchor bolts have double nuts, two flat washers and one lock washer. Ships from our factory in Wisconsin, 53154.
